- GameClash [4:2] Epsilon
- GameClash [5:3] w4sp
- GameClash [8:8 (Punkte: 231 - 184)] SexyGamers
- GameClash [8:12] oXmoze
- GameClash [9:8] eRuption
Hier das offizielle Statement vom Leader NnRs:
Hey NnRs! As always, I'd like to ask you to introduce yourself first, please.
Hello, I'm Anthony "NnRs" Macedo, I live in Lyon (France). I've played DoD since the 3.1 beta in 2002. I've always played in skilled French teams like RuSh.Fr (beta 3.1), TeaM7 and aS (1.0 - 1.2), oXmoze and GameClash (1.2 - 1.3). I've also been team captain of France in 2006 and 2008 for DoD 1.3. After a short COD4 break, GameClash was reborn in October 2008.
Could you tell the readers a bit more about GameClash?
GameClash was born in August 2005. The team was formed by old 1.3 players (and it also was a 1.3 team). Half of the team was made of old oXmoze 1.3 players (mambo, 1ndiqn, sub7 and myself) while the others were PoPo (old dxc) and tchern, one of the best French snipers at the time. At later stages, other players, like Predatorx, HxC, viper, komeksi, ... joined the lineup. We dominated the French scene for two years being the first French team that defeated inXtremis in an official and in the final of the French ESL (2006)! When COD4 was released, GameClash was closed. After a few months, the team was rebuilt and we were practising to go to MaxLAN were we achieved a 5/6th place.
GameClash switched organisation wise to dRu. Why did you guys choose exactly dRu?
I think it's important that DoD:S evolves in big multigamingclans, like dRu. dRu is a big French team because of its old CSS, COD4 and definitely their CS 1.6 squads. The last squad actually won the last WCG.Fr (last year) and also there's a lot of LAN history present in dRu. Personally, I think that it's important that we try getting more professional, because it brings another aspect in the game that we all love. Besides the fact that we're proud on wearing such an important tag, there's also the financial aspect that will allow us to go to LANs.
Anything else to say or any shoutouts to give out?
I'd like to thank our sponsor (www.games-master.fr) and I also want to thank yourself for having me as interviewee. Also dRu.dods is looking for a motivated and skilled light who can attend LANs.
